Return Window
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it's unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll confirm pickup details with you directly, since all orders are Cash on Delivery.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you reach out — we'll arrange a swap based on availability. If the new item costs more, we'll collect the difference on delivery; if it costs less, we'll refund the difference in cash.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items and accessories marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Since all orders are paid in cash on delivery, approved refunds are issued in cash when we collect the returned item, or as store credit if you prefer.
